The Yamasa YHD 180,000 grading machine is the ultimate class machine. It is ideal for large hatcheries that process high volumes of hatching eggs. The equipment has the capacity to grade by weight and pack 180,000 eggs per hour.
Its technology makes it possible to eliminate unhatchable eggs - such as cracked and dirty ones - and to identify eggs that are too small or too large, unsuitable for hatching.
Includes electronic weighing by high-precision load cells.
This model has an automatic loader, candling, polishing brushes and Yamasa YHD packers.
