YHD FRAPPING MACHINE FOR FERTILE EGGS WITH DOUBLE DENESTER

The YHD trayer makes it possible to fully automate the traying of hatching eggs, directly from the aviary conveyor belt to the hatchery. the placement of eggs in setter trays. 

With exclusive YAMASA technology, the YHD trays are compatible with different models and brands of incubation trays available on the market. Capacity varies by tray model.

In this version, the packer has egg grader by weight COF, with high precision and dynamic weighing, for the evaluation of the extremes of weight that are not viable for incubation, allowing them to be removed in the initial stages of the flow, in the matrix. The weight ranges are configurable in an easy-to-use control panel, according to the needs of each business.

The packers position the eggs correctly, with the thinner end facing down, gently, avoiding unwanted cracks. 

The construction in stainless steel, with a layout prepared according to the needs of the operation, guarantees durability and resistance to continuous use. Easy to operate, maintain and clean.
