The automatic candling system is designed for you. fully controlled by multi-cameras and lighting. It is possible to detect dirty, cracked and leaking eggs through image processing by the computer vision system.
Each egg is unique. inspected by cameras, images are collected and analyzed, covering the entire surface of each egg. After analysis, the system assigns a leak score and a dirt score to each egg. É It is the customer who sets the sensitivity level of dirt or leaking eggs for the machine to approve or reject the egg.
The leaking eggs are removed soon after detection so as not to contaminate or dirty the sorter. Dirty eggs are directed to a specific output of the sorter.
