In October 2018, the Yamasa plant in Rinópolis received two visitors from Nicaragua: industrial engineer Donald Rene Acuña Collado and mechatronics engineer Rigoberto Alva Galicia. Both participated in the training program that the industry offers for customers and representatives.
Donald Collado works at Disatyr, a company that distributes Yamasa equipment in Central American countries. He is responsible for serving the Honduran farms that have Brazilian brand graders and packers, and he really liked what he learned in the five days he was in training. “I was able to get to know details of the smaller machines that I have already used. we work in Honduras and also the bigger equipment. Now I am better prepared to provide technical assistance to the egg graders.”
At El Granjero, Rigoberto Galicia will also be present. You will be able to take care of the maintenance of the company’s equipment, feeling more confident for the day-to-day care of the Honduran poultry industry, which is a priority. one of the largest in the country.
El Granjero has two units and machines with the capacity to classify 50 boxes of eggs/hour and 300 boxes/hour, the latter being more modern, acquired in 2017. “They are very good and efficient machines and now I will be better able to work with them, in addition to being able to teach other employees in the group how to perform the best maintenance”, says Rigoberto, grateful for the experience of being in Brazil to learn more.
