The professionals João Carlos Ribeiro and Clélio Silvério dos Santos, from Granja Santa M&onica, in Itanhandu, south of Minas Gerais, were part of the Yamasa training program for the first time. Previously, another professional from Santa Monica had already been selected. had been to Rinópolis to undergo training.
Both considered it essential to participate in factory training. “The training was very important, the professionals who assisted us were very attentive. They did an excellent job. We were able to learn how to maintain the machines and we cleared all the doubts we had”, said João Carlos.
Clélio said that everything he saw in the training was important. ”After this training, we will be handling the machine with more confidence.”
They learned how to calibrate the machine, adjust the wrapper and the sensors, and change parts, all very important for the daily life on the farm. João Carlos and Clélio made a point of thanking the “excellent reception” from the company and highlighted the special attention they received from Cida Yamasaki, representing the Yamasaki Family.
Ovos Santa Mónica farm has always used Yamasa machines in its egg room.
