At the age of 22, two at the company, the young woman feels encouraged to acquire new knowledge and improve herself professionally because, according to her, she intends to pursue a career at the Cooperative. “I am learning to be able to collaborate in the operation of the machine and in the necessary adjustments”, says Débora.

Also responsible for the quality process at the egg production unit, Lucas agrees with Debora that the knowledge acquired in Yamasa`s training will be used. It is very useful in the daily life of the Cooperative, keeping the equipment up to date, adjusting it when necessary.

Satisfied for the week they spent at the factory in Rinópolis, Lucas and Debora said they were prepared to return to Céu Azul ready to use the knowledge acquired and the guidance given by the Yamasa team.
