Grupo Carminatti opens new unit with Yamasa equipment

Company from Paraná celebrates 30 years of history with modern facilities and investment in Yamasa technology to expand production in Northwest Paraná.

Traditional in Paraná, the Carminatti Group presented the market with yet another important investment: a poultry complex considered one of the largest and most modern in the sector, with the capacity to produce 1 million eggs per day in the future. The Carminatti Family presented the new complex at an event held on April 28, in Santo Antonio do Sudoeste, Paraná. The unit, a modern egg processing and industrialization center, has a modern Yamasa machine model LCHSL-108,000 - with capacity to classify 108,000 eggs/hour -, Carminatti`s new partner in this revolutionary stage of the company.

Joel Carminatti: pride in the challenges overcome

According to businessmen Joel and Aelcio Carminatti, in an interview with local press, the work is the result of hard work and family dedication. “Its been a long walk. We worked practically six years on this project and presented one of the most modern installations in the sector in Paran&dquo;, they said. The first steps towards the; professionalization in the market

The Carminatti Group began in 1987 with an egg farm started by the couple Albino and Denisa Carminatti, parents of entrepreneurs Joel, Aelcio and Mauri, who continued the family business. The farm started with 5000 laying hens producing 4500 eggs a day. In 1999, the children opened the family`s first warehouse, with a capacity for 9000 eggs/day.

Yamasa was there, in the beginning, alongside the Carminatti. In the photo, the family appears in the first egg room with a Yamasa ECB-66 machine. Today, the Carminatti seal has 700 thousand birds and a production of more than 500 thousand eggs per day. The goal with the new processing center is to reach 1 million eggs/day.
