Training program receives technicians from Pernambuco and Minas Gerais

São Bento do Una (PE) and Itanhandu (MG) are the two regions represented in the Yamasa factory training program in September 2016.

Granja São Luís (PE) team:
Gabriel Galvão, Fúlvio, José Mauro Oliveira and Cícero Melo

It was at the end of September that representatives of Granja São Luís, from São Bento do Una (PE), and Granja Santa Marta, from Itanhandu (MG), visited the Fá Yamasa factory in Rinópolis, in Oeste Paulista. They were in the region getting up-to-date on the technology of the Yamasa classifiers acquired by the farms where they work.
From Pernambuco, he was at the Yamasa factory Gabriel Galvão, with three employees from Granja Sã Luís, to familiarize himself with the novelties of the new machine acquired by the company, in São Bento do Una. At the age of 24, a production engineer, Gabriel took on the challenge of leading the technology and maintenance process at the family company`s egg room at the beginning of this year and says he is very satisfied with the result. the results obtained in terms of quality in the processing of the product.
Granja São Luís has already   He is a Yamasa customer and has expanded his partnership with the company thanks to the increase in production that he has been experiencing in recent times. To meet this new demand, the farm acquired one more piece of equipment from Yamasa, and, therefore, the maintenance team, led by Gabriel, participated in the training at the factory.
Gabriel accompanied the person in charge from the egg room, José; Erivaldo - better known as Fúlvio -, José Mauro Oliveira and Cícero Melo, who work in production. The team learned how to operate and understand the engine of the new Yamasa classifier, which was already used.   installed in São Bento do Una.   the largest egg producer in the Northeast.
Gabriel said he was very satisfied with the operation of the new equipment, a machine capable of processing 200 boxes/hour. The production engineer from São Luís commented to Yamasa and that the arrival of the new machine made egg processing faster. “We are saving an hour and a half of work”, celebrated Gabriel. Fúlvio, the person in charge of the egg room, agrees: “Everything has become more agile”. From Minas to Oeste Paulista

Alysson Guedes, from Granja Santa Marta (MG)

Considered the third largest egg producing center in the country, Sul de Minas also sent a representative to participate in the training at the Yamasa factory. At the end of September, Alysson Guedes, from the maintenance team at Granja Santa Marta, in Itanhandu, spent four days learning to operate and learn the basics of machine maintenance. Yamasa machine that operates at the farm in Minas Gerais.
Alysson participated in the training because she took over the maintenance area at Granja Santa Marta a year ago. seven months and, therefore, you need to be on top of the operation of the equipment that is being used. under his responsibility in the egg room. But the foreman has seven years of experience working on farms, which, according to him, makes everything easier.
Currently, Granja Santa Marta has a classifier model capable of processing 72,000 eggs/hour. The machine has 12 packers, an automatic feeder and an accumulator connected to two conveyor belts from the aviaries. The production, according to Alysson, is in progress. around 750 boxes/day, which requires agile equipment with the capacity to meet the needs of customers. demand from the company, which, by the way, has two production centers – one fully automated and the other in the process of becoming automated - and a rearing unit, still manual, but already working. scheduled to be automated in the future.
The maintenance person comments that being up to date with the machine is important. This is a fundamental condition to keep up with the quality proposed by the farm, which is why training at Yamasa has become fundamental. “This training is important. a very interesting idea. É It is very good for us, in maintenance, to be able to share the experience with the factory professionals, who understand the subject and give us valuable information for our day-to-day work” , comments Alyson. For him, it`s about opening a new path, where it will be possible. It is possible to seek solutions more quickly. “If we have a question or need more specific information, let us know. only Call Yamasa`s service team and find out.”
Feeling empowered to resolve more elementary questions about the machine in the egg room itself, Alysson takes more information, too, to share with the other two colleagues with whom divides the tasks of the general maintenance of the farm. “The training was very useful, I enjoyed the experience. I am taking a very good piece of luggage to the farm in Minas Gerais”, he is excited.
