A traditional customer of Yamasa, Avícola Carminati, from Santo António do Sudoeste, Paraná, sent three of its employees, in August, to do training at the factory, in Ró cops. One of them, Gilvair de Oliveira, is veteran in Yamasa training. This was the third time that the production manager had undergone factory training. Eliezer and Milton, from Botucatu (SP)

Equally satisfied with the knowledge acquired at the Yamasa factory, Eliezer Bonifécio and Milton Fiuza tried to take full advantage of the instructions from the factory team, which received them in August to the training. They work at Granja Moretto, located in Botucatu (SP), where they operate equipment that processes 300 boxes/hour. The new machine, which is in keeping with the new times at Granja Moretto, it was specially commissioned for the new egg room at the company in Botucatu.

In charge of maintenance at Granja Caramuru, in Mandaguaçu (PR), Artur Dias de Souza was also able to learn how to solve issues related to farming; electronic technology of the machine acquired by the farm in Paraná. The previous equipment  - with capacity to process 40 boxes/hour - had a mechanical process and was replaced by a machine that processes 150 boxes/hour electronically.
